Our 1 bedroom home is located in a residential condo complex and has many added amenities such as AC, private outdoor warm tub and a spacious 71.8 sqm private living space. This is a fully furnished unit with a well equipped kitchen making it ideal for both long and short term vacation. There is a king size bed in the bedroom, a sofa bed in the living area, fully furnished bathroom (toilet + shower), wide closets and bedroom that offers charming vibes. Fresh bed linens, comforters and towels are provided. large windows and screen doors in both living and bedroom area offer a lot of natural lighting and fresh breeze. The common area in our complex has car & bicycle parking, an attractive outdoor swimming pool surrounded by lush green nature, massage area, Temescal, laundry room, yoga loft and a gym. We offer private high speed internet WiFi in-unit and public Wi-Fi in common areas. We are located within a gated community with 24/7 Security. I give a lot of independence to Guests, however I am available 24/7 as your local guide and help; Just like a support buddy who can help you navigate safely through Tulum's daily life and Mexican Does and Does not. Tulum is a town on the Caribbean coastline of Mexico’s Yucatán Peninsula. It’s located in the state of Quintana Roo and about 1.5 hours drive south from Cancun Airport. Tulum is well known for its sunny weather, sandy beaches, eco lifestyle, nightlife, Mayan port city and some incredible cenotes. Our Month rental is located in a gated residential complex (we are not a Hotel), in the La Veleta neighbourhood of Tulum, Mexico. This is a growing area with very nice developments but still with many upcoming developments. We are located 4 min away to the main road where you can find Mercadito from Mistiq and a cute coffee shop. There is also a convenience store on site here where you can purchase essentials and grocery. Our home is perfect place to live , work or relax , sleep, to go out and explore out by day. For limited time our Prices are reduced to compensate for some developments going on in the vicinity. This is due to some potential dust and noise from morning until 5pm, Monday to Friday. On Saturdays till 1 pm. Sunday all day there is no activity. Every night is quiet which makes it possible to sleep comfortably. Our Condo at La Veleta is a place for long time renters for the new Lifestyle. Our complex offers the best amenities for daily living which makes you feel like a joyful environment with fast WIFI to keep working remotely. Our community of residents makes the atmosphere so relaxed and nice with friendly staff. Ask us for the bikes, or to recommend car /scooter as well. Final rate can be adjusted, write us to find out. Beach club access is by pay minimun daily consumption. Electricity is not included on rate, 10 usd per day or leave a deposit of 200 usd towards consumption per month. We offer other additional extra services according to the occasion, once your reservation is confirmed you have a team hands on to make your requests come true! An access code will be created and given the day of check in. For more activities and things to do as well other extra services please ask to your in site Host. Respect our Condo Rules. Monthly rates apply only to complete reservations, if a reservation is shortened the night base rate will apply to the nights occupy. Guest is responsible to cancel, its reservation if this is shortened, as well if leave earlier and block complete period the total period will be charged. If guest bring more people unregistered there is a fee of 10 usd per night per guest, please make sure to register your extra guests and cover that part at check in via Airbnb system. Extra services such as Car , scooter, groceries delivery, food delivery, massages or other experiences are not included in your reservation and they need to be paid prior being delivered. We are excited to welcome you to our home, where you can enjoy the beauty of nature and the convenience of the town, however, please be aware that there is some development activity in the area, which may cause some noise and dust. As a result, the roads leading to our home are a bit bumpy for about 5 blocks. We suggest that you drive slowly and carefully. To make up for this inconvenience, we are offering you already a discount on our rates for a limited time. We hope you appreciate this gesture and have a wonderful stay with us.
