Access to this casita is on the common property. Residence of the casita use the main gate and side property to access casita but do not share any of the main property. Please make sure you purchase travel insurance. We cannot give you a last minute refund if your flight is cancelled or you are not able to travel for any reason. this is located in a nature reserve. There are a few restaurants around the lake and a few "pulperias" for very basic groceries. The flora and fauna and trails are amazing. Motorized watercraft is not allowed on the lake so you will find it very relaxing. Monkeys frequently pass through the property. There is a small house on the property that is occassionally occupied by the owners but does not share any of the common living areas and is set up to provide privacy for both houses. The driveway is steep. Best access is with 4x4 but many have not problem without it. You can also park on top of the driveway (there are security cameras) and walk down to the house.
