Spanish colonial architecture with 15 feet high ceilings with Iron Wood beams (Ausubo wood), Clay Bricks, black-and-white checkered floor and an open interior courtyard that extend one’s living space. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom with toiletries. Every room in the house has a fan to keep cool temperatures. The Master bedroom has a beautiful Indonesian hand carved canopy king size bed, ceiling fan and air conditioner. The Studio bedroom has a full size bed with a ceiling fan and a floor fan. The bright and fully equipped kitchen opens to the interior patio where you can sit down, relax and look at the sky at any moment. The dining room seats up to 6 people. The house really has everything you need to enjoy your stay in the Caribbean. IMPORTANT: in case of power outage, we have solar power for basic needs! We will usually greet you at your arrival. Our neighborhood is in a residential area of the city at walking distance to everything (beach, restaurants, shops, pharmacy). Next to the famous San Sebastian Street. It is only one block away from scenic walks of the Atlantic Ocean and the cliffs facing the sea to the historical forts (San Cristobal and El Morro) and beach. You don't need a car to enjoy Old San Juan, it is a walkable city. However there is easy access for taxis and cars. Public parking lots are close by.
