This private oasis took me 2 years to find. I fell in love with the quiet location, small community living, pool & hot tub (usually no-one at) so close to all the beauty and hiking trails. I decided to completely remodel & make it the perfect 2nd home. Before enjoying a great nights sleep in the comfy Queen bed, enjoy a beverage on the patio watching the sunset and city lights. This secluded sanctuary is perfect for a couples retreat in the desert! Last minute booking please PM me~ Please...This is a very quiet building. I ask that you please respect that many people live at this building full time and its a great way to escape the crowds of the casinos and downtown. There is a spacious master bedroom, with large bathroom with a walk in shower. There is shampoo, conditioner & body wash provided. The livingroom/kitchen are open concept and have lots of bright light & comfy couches. From the livingroom there is a nice slider doors to the paitio. The kichen is a good size and has everything you will need to cook any dinner you want! The kitchen has filtered water and ice in the fridge door. We have some folding camping chairs & a small cooler for your use if you would like to take them to the lake or to watch the sunset on one of the beautiful mountain peaks. We do not offer boat or trailer on the property but less then a minute away (1 block) at Sunrise Storage they are very nice with reasonable prices. *The space is designed for a couple, (2 people) if you need space for a child or another person please send an inquiry. *This is a NON SMOKING unit. Entire place You have the entire condo with a pool and hot tub at the property along with a nice grill for guests use. The pool is shared with other condo owners but rarely is anyone there. I am not available at the property but can be reached 24/7 for any questions. Just down the street on Landon you will find there is a Dollar General and Gas N Grub for all your last minute supplies and grocery needs. Also there is an amazing sunset/sunrise spot just up 68 toward Golden Valley to Buck Wash Rd. Its just after and across from Katherine Heights. Its a dirt road on the right side. Drive just up the hill and find a spot for the show! The Burro may be watching with you~ We do not offer boat or trailer on the property but less then a minute away (1 block) at Sunrise Storage with very reasonable prices. 928.542.7107 Here are some of my favorite spots to hit while visiting! *The Heritage Trails Loop, beautiful walking trail along the river *Grapevine Canyon, Spirit Mountain & then along Christmas Tree Pass *Lake Mohave by Boat *Laughlin Labyrinths *Take a dip in the Colorado River, I like Davis Camp Park just down McCormick, there is a fee but nice and clean. Or try the Community Park Launch Ramp for free! *Have lunch in Chloride at Yesterdays for sure, then check out the little ghost town! *Loop a drive through Oatman (spend some time walking around, check out the Oatman Hotel & Saloon) then ride through Cool Springs Station (amazing views), Kingman (Old Route 66 historic district) and back through Golden Valley (great Flea Markets). Take advantage of taking a side dirt road when possible with the right vehicle! You see so much more exploring the back way! *Have dinner at Hualapai Mountain Resort while watching the Elk *Valley of Fire State Park. Take 15 from Vegas to Valley of Fire Highway then across to 167 along Lake Mead down to Boulder city for lunch. Then head south on 95 to Bullhead City. *If you break the rules, are loud or have unapproved guests you will be asked to leave. *Guests must be approved ahead of time and no one is to be staying at the unit that isn't on the reservation. There is a no smoking policy in front of the condo. Please use the private patio where there is an ashtray provided.
