This is a wonderful spacious family home with views of Sausalito harbor. Tastefully furnished with hardwood floors, lots of natural light & close to town. 3 story house with backyard and two car parking garage. This is a wonderful family home and our family of four lived here very happily for years. We enjoyed the lovely space , views, and walks to town. It is a three story house. The bottom floor has a two car parking garage. The second floor has various seating areas- around the fireplace, at the breakfast nook, the living room , and the dining room. In the center of the second floor is a large kitchen with views of the harbor. The living room opens to the backyard with large deck surrounded by garden and trees. On the third floor there is a carpeted common area which can be used as a play space, etc. There are four bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The Master King bedroom has beautiful water views and separate seating area, with a bathroom next door featuring a deep soaking tub and shower. The Queen bedroom has water views and a seating area, and has a bathroom with shower and tub. The kids bedroom (two twin beds) has a garden/ back patio view with Yellow Submarine artwork adorning the walls and a bathroom featuring a clawfoot tub and shower attachment. The 4th bedroom/office has a desk looking out to the backyard, with a couch that converts to a comfortable full size sleeper, and a washer/dryer unit in the closet. Full house and backyard with kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities. We will be available by text/phone/ email for any questions during your stay. From a world class sailing harbor to eclectic art shops, the town of Sausalito has international fame while still retaining its small town charm. Use a stand up paddle board or kayak to come face to face with the famius se lions of Sausalito, and see the waterfront in style. With fabulous restaurants, waterfront shops, and live music a short walk away, and easy access to the glorious Marin headlands and San Francisco. Prepare to fall in love with this town! Include carport parking for 2 cars. Street parking for additional. We are a 5 minute drive to the Golden gate Bridge and SF, a 10 minute Drive to Marin Headlands which includes beach and beautiful hiking trails, 5 minute walk to the shops and restaurants on Caledonia Street.. 10 minute walk to ferry. The house is on three levels. The property is not suitable for anyone who has difficulty climbing stairs or young children.
