It has a large, airy, living and dining area; an open-plan kitchen; a dedicated workspace with ample desk space and seating for two; a coal barbeque and wet bar; a pool area with lots of seating; and an assortment of bedrooms set over 3 floors. High-speed wireless internet is available throughout the villa. DETAILS Ground Floor, first level: -Living and Dining areas, powder room, and open-plan kitchen. -6th bedroom/TV room with queen day bed and quick access to the powder room 1st Floor, second level: - Guest Master Bedroom (bedroom 2) with queen bed, en suite bathroom, and standing balcony. - Attic-like 5th Bedroom with single bed and quick access to the powder room. 2nd Floor, third level: - NEW! Grand Master Bedroom (bedroom 1) with king bed, en suite bathroom, double sinks + tub and standing balcony -3rd Bedroom with queen bed and en suite bathroom. - 4th Bedroom with 2 single beds, en suite bathroom, and standing balcony. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS We can accommodate 11 adults in 7 beds (1 king, 3 queens, 3 singles), as well as an additional 3 persons on 3 single air mattresses. VILLA Guests have access to all the spaces in the photos and as described. PARKING Guests have access to at least two open-air, private parking spaces at the entrance to the villa. The property is split into three completely private, independent living units: the villa itself; a one-bedroom garden suite (at back of property/split-level); and the staff quarters/laundry (at side of property/split level). The property's housekeeper will be your host and main contact during your stay. The area is quiet and the views sublime, and due to the villa's location at the foothills of Kingston, has some of the coolest temperatures in the city. The villa is located within a 5-10 minute drive to major attractions like Bob Marley Museum, Peter Tosh Museum, Trench Town, Hope Zoo, National Gallery, Devon House, Tuff Gong, National Stadium, Carnival routes, Sovereign Center, Palace Cineplex, shopping and a wide array of restaurants, wine bars, ice cream shops, and supermarkets. RATES Villa rates start at $497-$597 per night for up to 6 guests only. Additional guests are $50/person per night. STRICT VISITOR & SECURITY POLICY** Only registered guests are welcome on property. NO VISITORS/OUTSIDE GUESTS except by special arrangement (additional fees may apply). Pickups and drop-offs in the parking area are fine. **There is a separate visitor policy for long-term guests (2 weeks +). BASIC SERVICES ARE INCLUDED A light morning clean-up of the main living areas (kitchen/living/dining/pool) is included in your rate. The pool is cleaned twice per week. EXTRA SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE Grocery shopping, meal preparation, additional housekeeping, and laundry services can be arranged at additional rates. Ask about our private transportation partners. PROPERTY STAFF The housekeeper lives in private quarters on the property and she will be your host and main contact during your stay. The gardener also works 5 days per week. ADDITIONAL UNIT ON PROPERTY (see host profile for details) An additional rental unit - a one-bedroom, 1-bathroom garden suite - (also on Airbnb) is located at the back of the property (split level) with exclusive access to the large, fruited back garden. For larger groups renting both units, a set of soundproofed and double-locked double doors can be opened up to create direct access to the suite from inside the villa. The suite sleeps up to 4 persons and has a full kitchen plus a stand-alone bathroom (i.e. door opens into the living area, so perfect for sharing).
