Sealofts37 offers you our entire Villa featuring 2 Bedrooms and 2 Full Bathrooms. Villa is amongst tropical gardens overlooking the pool & a few hundred feet from the door to the beach. Sealofts37 is recently remodelled in a bright Caribbean colour scheme. Bedrooms are updated with new beds, curtains, linens & accent rugs. Bathrooms recently updated, new vanity, towels, accessories. The fully equipped kitchen is updated with a new kitchen dining set & features colourful Caribbean accents. Not recommended for children under 5 due to circular staircase. Wheelchair inaccessible. The Sealofts property includes a beautiful sparkling clean pool and lounging area as well as beach area equipped with loungers and umbrellas. All common areas gardens and gazebo's. Our Sealofts office on site will assist with any help you may need while in residence M-F, 8-4. We can provide for you upon request a list of our favourite "Must Do's" while on the island to make the most of your visit to lovely St. Kitts. Owner is not on site however General Manager is available, M-F, 8am-4pm. Located in the heart of Frigate Bay on the beach on Atlantic and walking distance to the Caribbean. Walking distance to local restaurants and beach bars, Grocery & liquor store, Coffee shops etc. Located right next door to the Marriott Royal St. Kitts with a world class Casino, Spa and beautiful beach and numerous pools which you are welcome to visit. Airport is 7 minutes away by taxi. Sealofts37 is central to walk to all amenities and a car is not necessary in this area. Taxi cabs are easily accessible nearby.
