Welcome to Villa Kamelone! The house I have designed myself with the inspiration from a modern funky-like house. The result has become a spacious house (270 m2) and a fantastic roof terrace (80 m2) where you can enjoy the sunrise or the amazing sunset in Aruba. I love my house and I hope you will do to! The house is beautifully located in a quiet, pristine and safe area and is located approx. 5-minute drive to the many amazing beaches. Such as Arashi Beach, Boca Catalina, Palm Beach, Eagle Beach and Manchebo Beach, etc. It is recommended to rent a car during your stay. A couple of minutes drive to the golf club Tierra del Sol, to shopping and restaurants at Palm Beach Mall and area, for snorkeling in the bays around Boca Catalina, or to a morning bath on Arashi Beach just off the California Lighthouse. The house has a fantastic roof terrace with 360 degree views around the island. Lovely back garden where you can enjoy the afternoons in the shade. High speed internet (installed february 2020). Well-equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Washing machine. NEW Water heater august 2022. If desired, additional cleaning can be ordered during the rental period at extra cost. There are many car rental companies on the island. Feel free to contact me for recommendations. Over the past year, 2021-2022, I've been working a lot on the renovation and redesign of the house! There is new bamboo flooring on all floors, new pergola on the roof terrace, new fence in front of the house, new marble kitchen island, worktops and wall in the kitchen - all in marble, new beautiful lamps from Italian Flos, high-speed internet, new air conditioning in all rooms, new 200l hot water tank and last but not least, solar panel on the roof!! I'm working to make my house 100% sustainable, and I'm getting close to my goal soon! I really love my house, and I hope you will do too!
