Guests will have access to the entire property and its parking lot, as well as the building's rooftop, gym and bussiness center. There is a small café across the street perfect for breakfasts or light dinner and they will bring our guests orders over to the apartment. We have developed a thorough guide of the area, with helpful arrival information and insider tips on transportation, around the block eateries, the hippest restaurants and bars as well as touristic tips. We live only a few blocks away and move around the area 24/7. We are fully available to respond on guests inquiries and are fluid English speakers. Located in Chicó neighborhood, a 5 minute walk away from El Parque de la 93, one of the nicest parks with a broad restaurant and bar offer. Very close to commercial and office areas: 5 minute walk away from the World Trade Center buildings. There are parking lots available for our guests. Otherwise there are white cabs available on the across the street hotels. There's also the possibility of walking to Calle 100 or Carrera 11, both 3 blocks away, where there is plenty public transportation available. Although we love animals, only those authorized by us can enter the apartment. Smoking in the apartment is forbidden. Parties in the apartment are forbidden. We are always willing to help you, but if by mistake you left the keys inside the apartment when leaving and you need us to help you opening at a different time than 8 a.m. to 6 pm. From Monday to Friday or on weekends at any time, we will have to charge you $ 20 USD.
