Panthera Terra 4 is a brand new build on a fabulous site virtually opposite the world famous "Lone Star" restaurant. Designed to make most of the breezes coming in from the trade winds and the ocean which is about 150m away,this ground floor apartment sleeps two in comfort with a queen size bed. The living area consists of a beautiful open plan kitchen, dining and living area,there is also a covered veranda for sitting out if you desire. With all the mod cons including air-conditioning in all the bedrooms, Netflix for your viewing pleasure in the living area and wifi throughout, you may not want to leave the apartment but we suspect that you may be seduced by the beach opposite at some point, many people have to commute to Alleynes Bay but it sits on your doorstep when you stay here. There are also two beach bars, Fairmont Royal Pavilion and last but not least the Lonestar Restaurant, you won't be short of dining options. Beach towels are complimentary, beach chairs are also provided by us to take to the beach or you can hire some when you get there. If by chance you want to stay, in there is a lovely barbeque grill for your use and pleasure also. We can arrange all types of activities in advance of your visit so you can switch off and relax from the moment you arrive. In addition we arrange airport transfers and groceries as well. Please note this apartment is one of four as there is a three bed, a two bed and another one bed, there is also ample on-site parking, in total we can accommodate fourteen persons throughout.
