Our wonderful property is located near Freights Bay on the south coast of the island, a short walk from Miami Beach. The house is within a safe, gated compound. It offers three air-conditioned bedrooms with three bathrooms on two stories. Our property is located near Enterprise Bay on the south coast of the island, within a gated compound only accessible to residents. It offers three air conditioned bedrooms with three bathrooms on two stories. The spacious master bedroom is located upstairs and has an en-suite bathroom , king size bed, walk-in wardrobe as well as a glimpse of the ocean. The second bedroom is also upstairs and has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in wardrobe, it has a queen bed and a twin available if needed. The third bedroom is located downstairs and has a full size bed, the bathroom located just outside the bedroom. The Living area has ceiling fans and offers a comfortable patio for dining. The Italian design kitchen offers stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and marble counter tops. The house has ceiling fans in every room, cable TV in the living room and high speed WiFi. We fell in love with this developement when we first found out about it . It is located in our favourite area of the island, very near the ocean and close to the unique Miami Beach (5-7 mins walk). Cotton Bay is also safe and very quiet. Still it is conveniently located near beaches and amenities. Cotton bay 15 is part of a 20 unit enclosed developement. There is a pedestrian gate and an electric gate at the front of the complex so only people with the code can enter. This makes Cotton bay's driveway quite safe for children to play. Some of our guests are regular visitors to the island and like to organise their own time but we are always available to recommend places to visit or restaurants or things to do. we are a family of surfers/windsurfers so we can also offer some "local knowledge" when it comes to choosing a spot to surf while in Barbados. Located on the beautiful southern tip of the island, within walking distance from the simply stunning Miami beach (one of Barbados 'best kept secrets'), the lively and charming Oistins fishing village, a short drive to shopping, restaurants and amenities. Also conveniently located 10 minutes drive from Durants Barbados golf club and 15 minutes drive from Grantley Adams International Airport. Picture perfect freights bay ,with its turquoise waters, is just a 2 minute walk from the villa, and it's ideal for sunset walks, jogging or surfing ( or if you prefer , just watch the sun go down into the ocean while sipping a drink!). Freights bay is also one of the best known waves for surfing in Barbados, and is where most surfing schools teach surfing for beginners. You will find plenty of action at Silver Rock beach and Silver Sands, the two best windsurfing and kitesurfing beaches on the island, located just a short 3 minute drive from the Villa. Most of our guests like to rent a vehicle and we recommend that , however there is a bus stop just outside the main gate of Cotton Bay with a regular schedule of bus runs to main destinations on the island. Laundry facilities: A washing machine and a dryer is located in the back of the property and may be shared occasionally. There is an independent studio attached to the house (completely separate entrance to the house) and the owner/other guests may share the same outside Laundry facility.
