Thank you 1- Our condo loft is located in neighborhood of “Zacil Ha” (Mayan word meaning clear water), also known as “Coco Beach”, a very desired real estate for it s location, the quietness and approximate to beach, shopping and restaurants. 2- The condo is elegant with upscale amenities yet very affordable. 3- Safe to walk at night ( tourist police station is located one block away), everything is walking distance from the condo . The famous 5 Th ave shopping, lots of restaurants as well as mini markets, convenient store, bakery, pharmacies within two blocks of walking distance . 4- Modern amenities include Infinity pool and jacuzzi rooftop 5- Sleeps up to 8 people making it versatile for couples, family or group of friends traveling together. Great place to celebrate! 6- Airport and sightseeing (archeological sites, pyramids, cenotes, parks etc) transportation, maid service, food and supermarket delivery available. Everything is close by and walking is the best way to experience the town. There are bicycle rentals everywhere using an app from your phone. Public transportation is safe however you need to know how it works and where the bus/van stops. We highly recommend a trusted taxi service for airport pick up / drops offs as well as sightseeing. Renter reserves the trips directly with the taxi service, we only facilitate the process. Meter readings are taken at check in and check out and the electric deposit ( refundable) must be sent electronically via transfer 3-7 days prior to the reservation date. Every kilowatt-hour after that will be charged extra (appx 6 pesos). On monthly rentals the electric consumption is absorbed entirely by the renter because of the discounted price offered. We take a meter reading at check in and again at check- out to calculate the total consumption. Paperwork is sent to the renter for signing after the reservation has been confirmed and prior to check in. 2- Our confirmed guests receive tips, map of the city and lots of recommendation of site seeing, activities, restaurants, supermarkets, liquor stores etc. We offer additional cleaning service at your request with advance notice. 3-We offer extra services for additional cost.
