This riverfront cabin is an intimate little hideaway with authentic character. Our one room cabin has River access and Riverview, sleeping space for four people on a queen size bed and queen size futon. A full kitchen with quality cooking utensils, full size refrigerator, electric range with oven and fully stocked coffee bar. The covered dock is available for fishing and if you bring a boat you may use the dock to shelter it. THE CABIN IS NOT PET FRIENDLY! Trout fishing is abundant near the famous “Cow Shoals and Winkley Shoals” less than two miles away. Antiquing, restaurants and art galleries are available less than 3 miles away in our town. The fish hatchery, visitor center and JFK Overlook are educational highlights. Hiking trails include the peak of Sugar Loaf Mountain as well as local water falls and river trails offering stunning scenic views. You must have a vehicle to get around here. There is no public transportation or taxis. Fishing guide service and boat rental are available within a half mile of the cabin. Local antique shops and art galleries abound.
