The water views are breathtaking by day and as spectacular by night. Centrally located. Walk to beach and all. This is a one bedroom apartment that has a queen size bed with a new mattress. The sofa bed is also new. My property manager lives on site and will meet and greet you, also show you around so you can get comfortable in the apartment. Condado has many great restaurants, shopping, casinos and beautiful beaches. The best part of all this is it's in walking distance to the apartment. There is the B21 bus that goes to Old San Juan and a parking lot under the building if you plan to rent a car. The lot is privately owned and the daily rate is approximately $15. My apartment is a one bedroom and best for two adults. It can possibly accommodate up to a family of four (two adults and two children). I do not recommend or accept three adults or more as there is only so much living space. Washer and dryer is available to long term renters.
