Pedregal is the Beverly Hills of Cabo perched on Land’s End, overlooking downtown and the marina and the only gated residential community within walking distance to town. The entrance into Pedregal is conveniently located across the street from the beautiful Cabo marina where you will find over 30 restaurants and bars, the Puerto Pariso shopping mall, and of course the Luxury Avenue shopping mall. For the adventurist, this is where the fishing charters, sunset cruises and snorkel cruises depart from. Pedregal boasts magnificent views of the Sea of Cortez, the Pacific Ocean, and the city lights of Cabo San Lucas below. Pedregal has a private beach on the Pacific side, just a 10-15-minute walk from the house. Very rarely are other people at the beach and it is absolutely stunning with the surf crashing on the sand. The beach has a few rock outcroppings providing some amazing photo opportunities. The beach does have a strong riptide and it is not recommended for swimming. We have worked hard to achieve our “Super Host” status and pay attention to detail to ensure our guest have the perfect vacation and we hope they will return year after year. The taxis from our house into town and the marina are about $12-$15 and they are all large passenger vans that will hold everyone. You can walk into town and I’d estimate it would take you 15-20 minutes. Especially into town it is mostly downhill, and you could always take a taxi back. The taxis are very easy to find 24/7 in town and we have the phone number posted at the house. It’s a 5-minute taxi ride You will be greeted at the property by our property managers, they will show you around and answer any questions you have.
