Kiss Flower Farm is a bnb and specialty foods purveyor, located in a quaint 1876 New England farmhouse. Abundant with herb and flower gardens sprawling alongside a classic horse barn, our farm has charmed guests from over 20 countries since 2013. Our private guest quarters make for peaceful stay, and our made-from-scratch breakfasts bring a delicious start to your morning. The farm’s close proximity to natural and cultural attractions also offers many options for exploration and adventure. Our private, cozy bnb is at the front end of our farmhouse. Upon entering, you'll find a cheerful living room with bistro table, mini fridge, Keurig setup, and futon sofa bed. Upstairs, two comfortable, quiet bedrooms, with one king bed and one queen, share a recently renovated bath. Our country breakfasts often feature fresh eggs and produce from our farm, as well as products from our specialty foods line. This optional amenity is $20/guest per day, subject to host availability. To reserve, please email us after completing your bnb booking. Breakfast is generally served on the host side of the house, or (weather permitting) on the back patio overlooking the gardens. In accordance with COVID safety precautions, breakfast may be served in the guest living area. We look forward to serving you! Guests enjoy a dedicated entrance to the private bnb space, and are welcome to explore the gardens, say hello to the chickens out back or enjoy a good book in one of the shared patio sitting areas. Guests are also welcome to visit our mini dry-goods shop, Little Kiss Country Store, during open hours. In the shop, our homemade jams and jellies, herbal sea salt blends, fresh baked granola and other treats are available for purchase to enjoy onsite or bring home as gifts. We live on the other side of the farmhouse and are often in the garden harvesting herbs or tending to the chickens. During busy seasons our schedules sometimes prevent us from meeting guests personally, but we are always available for questions and love getting to know our guests! Kiss Flower Farm is both a bnb and onsite specialty foods business. In the garden areas, you may meet members of our small staff or local residents stopping in to our mini Country Store. The store, located alongside our driveway, is open a few days per week for customers to pick up pre-ordered menu items or shop our products. Nestled in the heart of the South Shore, Norwell is a suburb with a rural feel. The region boasts natural treasures such as Wompatuck State Park, Norris reservation, the North River, and Word's End. Seaside destinations like Scituate harbor and beaches are just a short drive away, and within a half hour's drive, you can explore Boston's many historic and cultural landmarks. For public transit, we're ten minutes' drive to Greenbush Commuter Rail station, and twenty minutes from the Braintree T. This listing does not come with a kitchen. Our antique farmhouse house has steep stairs, and the space is not recommended for guests who may have trouble climbing to the upstairs bedrooms. If you have small children, please bring what safety equipment you may need, as there is no gate available for the stairs.
