The property is surrounded by vineyards and cherry trees and is located minutes from the Norte-Sur highway and 1 hour from the pacific ocean shoreline. The Building is rented to one group at a time and can sleep up to a maximum of 23 passengers and accommodates 20 seated at the table. You can enjoy the gardens and surrounding spaces and a few hours in the pool if the weather allows it. The pool is open from November 1st to May 15th Guests will receive instructions to access the property a few days before their arrival. Upon arrival, you will be given the keys and instructions on where to park. Hosts are available on-site and just a few feet away to answer any questions or accommodate any reasonable request. You do not want to miss this annual event. Regular public transportation: by buses or “colectivos” (a taxi type of car that you will share with other passengers), is available for a very small tariff. There is a bus stop right outside the property to head in different directions. The property is part of the Centro de Eventos Olimpo and occasionally we have a wedding ceremony in the gardens around the pool at sunset. If this is the case during your stay, we will ask guests to observe an hour of silence during the ceremony. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen are fully equipped, you need to bring your food, drinks, paper goods, and beach/pool towels. Passengers must collect all their belongings at the end of the day and take them to their rooms or vehicles. In order to maintain the aesthetics of the place, hanging clothes or towels on any element outside the assigned room is prohibited.
