Our conveniently located one bedroom cottages are central of the island of Bermuda. We are on top of the hill from Flatts Village where you can see "The Peak" which is the highest point of Bermuda. A very quiet and peaceful neighborhood where you will find a variety store, boutique, spa, salon, barbershop, restaurants, dry cleaners, Aquarium, gas station and a village with beautiful landscapes. Visit the Flatts Bridge and you might see the whip morays as they pass through flowing current. This accommodation is not a shared apartment. Our property has been around for many years as we used to provide accommodations for tourism when it was at its peak during the 1980s. Since then we have renovated our cottages and improved our garden setting. Every day is normally quiet with sounds from birds chirping in the background such as Blue Birds, Red Birds or we might get a visit from a Bermuda Longtail. We offer a Canteen service for those who'd like to have basic foods readily available upon check-in. This option is convenient for those who check in late; the service will be $10, and we will purchase whatever you may require based on the local cost. Please advise after booking. You may reimburse us for the items once you arrive. Guest will have access to our coin-operated laundry facility. There is free internet and cable TV. We offer bicycle/ mountain bike rentals. If you wish to go on a trail ride through the railway trail please arrange in advance. Guest will be greeted with good hospitality. Someone will always be available at all times to check you in. We love our neighborhood because it is very convenient, quiet, safe, and inviting. If you are wondering where the name Quarry Cottages comes from, it was once an old Quarry where stone workers would cut out the stone. The stone was then transformed into building for a house. We are approximately 10-15 minutes from L.F. Wade International Airport. Transportation is absolutely not a problem...with bus stops to and from the city (and St. George's) less than 2 mins away. We also have assigned Taxi drivers that can pick you up anytime. Guests can either catch a taxi or bus to our location. We now offer bikes for rent, please see photos. Please be mindful when taking showers; our water supply comes from the rain. Turn OFF ac/heat when going out. And please do not leave food out, you'll have friendly insects visiting you. Extra guests will incur an extra fee which is expected upfront.
