The 2nd level has an open living/dining/kitchen (with views) plus decks and two bedrooms on each side. These bedrooms can be made up as two twin beds or as a king. There is also a ampitheatre-style terrace in the back off the kitchen. The two master bedroom suites are on the 3rd level with king beds and bathrooms with water views. The kitchen is fully-stocked. You will have access to the entire entire home. I live in New York but we have a fabulous property managers, Jerry and Debra, on the island to meet/greet and assist guests. The house is in Punta Aloe, a residential neighborhood close to town and restaurants (highly recommended Dinghy Dock is the closest). Soldada point is the closest beach (5-10 min drive, great snorkeling). Spectacular Flamenco Beach is a 10-15 min drive. Beautiful, remote, Zoni beach is 15-20 mins drive away. The popular grocery market Milkas is a 5 minute drive. We recommend you rent a jeep or golf cart. Call Carlos Jeeps or Jerry's jeeps. They book up so make reservations early!! Excellent WiFi was added in 2022. Upgrades in 2023 include new smart TV and dishwasher. The house has a delicate septic system. Please do not put excess paper in the toilets.
