Thank you for your interest in my Airbnb, I'm sure you will love it. It is in the hotel zone, within a Beachfront Resort and right in front of "LA ISLA" shopping mall, with lots of restaurants, casino, museums, shops and entertainment. BEFORE RESERVING CLICK ON "Show more", READ ALL THE INFORMATION and be sure to review all the photos and "house rules" to avoid confusions. THE BUILDING IS IN FRONT OF THE BEST BEACH IN CANCUN! with white sand and low waves, in the middle of the hotel zone and 20 minutes from the airport. The Airbnb is located in a condominium within a resort with 2 swimming pools, a Kids water park, an archaeological zone with authentic Mayan ruins inside the resort, Wi-Fi in all areas, parking and a gym. Across the street is La Isla Shopping Mall with many restaurants, movie theaters, casino, wax & riplay's museum, aquarium, dolphinarium and more than 180 stores. APARTMENT: Private 650 sqf apartment on the fourth floor with 2 elevators. Well equipped and with partial sea views to the left from the window. It has a bedroom with two double beds and a sofa bed. There is a space with another double bed that has a sliding curtain that separates it from the dining room to provide absolute privacy and in the dining room there is another sofa bed. Upon request, a double inflatable bed and a baby crib can be installed, as well as the sheets and blankets for their use. It has a full bathroom with a tub and shower. Fully equipped kitchenette with refrigerator, electric stove, microwave oven, toaster, blender, coffee maker, washing machine, crockery, pans and complete kitchen accessories. It has a dining room for up to 6 people and 2 high chairs at the kitchen bar, as well as a high chair for a baby. The apartment has central air conditioning, 2 smart TV's with Cable and applications such as Netflix and Youtube, sound system and safe. It doesn't have a balcony or terrace and the windows can't open, but who needs it? since with so many amenities you would prefer to be enjoying the resort and the beautiful beach. On the dining table you will find a pamphlet with very important information about the details of the Airbnb and the resort, how the equipment works, the garbage room, the checkout process, etc. RESORT FEE AND DEPOSIT The condominium in which my Airbnb is located requires, prior to arrival, the registration of a credit card to place a hold (pre-authorization) of $100 dollars for incidentals, as well as the collection of a resort fee of $7 dollars per night for each guest over 12 years old and $4 dollars per night for each child from 2 to 12 years old, which is mandatory and is not included in the reservation amount. If you or the other guests do not have a credit card, we can offer other alternatives. Details can be found in the "house rules" section of my Airbnb. Anyway, 8 days before your arrival you will receive a message via Airbnb with the instructions to follow. The resort fee includes: *Access to the beach *Access to the resort's 2 pools. *Access to the Palapas on the beach (First come, first serve). *Access to the children's water park with slides and water games. *Access to authentic Mayan ruins within the resort. *Activities and events at the resort. (Subject to availability. Some events may have an additional cost.) *Wireless Wi-Fi *Parking for one vehicle per reservation (first come, first serve). ARRIVAL AND CHECKIN INSTRUCTIONS Check-in instructions and code to open the Airbnb door will be sent by Airbnb message once the incidental deposit and resort fee payment have been completed. In these instructions there will be a link to a pre-checkin form that the guest must fill out before arrival. At the resort reception, all guests over 12 years of age will be asked for official identification to complete check-in and will be given a wristband with which they will have access to the areas and services included in the resort fee. GYM: There is a fully equipped gym with an extra fee of $6 per person per day to be paid at the resort reception. (subject to availability). FOOD AND DRINKS: Just across the street, in "LA ISLA" shopping mall, you will find lots of restaurants for all tastes and budgets. This is very convenient as the restaurants and bars inside the resort are not available to the condominium guests as they are "all-inclusive" and exclusive to the hotel guests. At LA ISLA 2 (just across the street from the Airbnb) Kai (Asian) Los Chachalacos (Tacos) Sonora Grill (Steak House) At LA ISLA 1 (500 feet away from the Airbnb, just across the street to the left): Baby Lobster (Seafood) Cambalache (Steak house) Crepes Factory (Crepes) Hooters (American) Johnny Rockets (Burgers) Lemon Juice (Seafood and breakfast) La Parrilla (Mexican) La Pizzarra (Italian) LightHouse (Sea Food) McDonalds (Burgers) Subway (Sandwiches) Taco Grill (Mexican) Taco and Tequila (Mexican) If you want other higher category options, you will find many more less than 10 minutes walk from the hotel towards the airport like Cenacolo (italian), La Buena Barra (Mexican) or Entre Fuegos (StakeHouse)  INSIDE THE ACCOMMODATION: All our apartments with the exception of the quadruple room have a kitchenette so you can bring your own food. We have also stocked the accommodation with some very reasonably priced drinks and snacks. For prices and inventory list you can scan the QR code next to the products. The consumption of said products will be charged to the credit card on file or deducted from your deposit. In the unit you will find a small fabric cooler with which you can take drinks to the beach, you can bring down only what it fits on it.  SUPERMARKET: You will find SORIANA supermarket located in Plaza Kukulcan less than a mile away towards the airport. TRANSPORTATION: We have Airport-Condo-Airport transportation through a company that provides this service to our guests with a cost per trip of $800 pesos for up to 8 people. If you are interested, once you make the reservation we can share contact information with you. You must request it at least 48 hours in advance. SHOWS AND TOURS: Coco Bongo offers our guests a 20% discount on their show packages. Applies to you and your companions. It is a show that cannot be missed and is only 6km away. If you are interested, once you make the reservation we can share the details with you. There is an agency on the first floor of the resort's main building that can sell you tickets to shows and tours during your stay. Also the company that supports us with the transportation of our guests can provide the Tours service. I won't be there, but I will be available on my mobile for any assistance, normally from 11 am to 11 pm (Cancun time) since I live in San Diego and for me it is 3 hours less. The best location in the hotel zone, on the beach and in front of the biggest shopping center of the hotel zone, La Isla Shopping Mall. Near from Restaurants, bars and nightclubs. There is a taxi site right there in the hotel and the buses go by constantly providing service throughout the hotel zone and to and from the city center. We also have a transportation service at a cost from the airport to the condominium and from the condominium to the airport. ACCESS TO THE AIRBNB: The arrival instructions and the code to open the Airbnb door will be sent to the main guest once the condominium confirms to us that the incidentals retention and payment of the resort fee have been completed. Before arrival, the guest must fill out a pre-checkin form, which will be received by the resort reception and thus facilitate the check-in process. CHECKIN The Airbnb will be ready no later than 3pm on the day of your arrival. If you arrive that day earlier, you can check in and enjoy the common areas of the resort or wait in the shopping mall across the street until 3pm or until we let you know it is ready. CHECKOUT The Airbnb must be vacated no later than 11am on the day of your departure, but you can remain at the resort until 3pm. In this case you must return the bracelets to reception just before you leave the resort. LUGGAGE STORAGE: Both upon arrival and departure, the bellboy may be able to store your luggage if you need it, but it will depend on the space available in the resort's storage. (We are not responsible for your belongings). CLEANING AND LAUNDRY: The accommodation does not include daily cleaning service. Cleaning is done before arrival and after departure. If you want cleaning service during your stay please let me know 48 hours in advance. It has an extra cost of $600 Mexican pesos or its equivalent in dollars depending on the exchange rate of the day. We offer laundry service upon request at a cost of $2 dollars per kilo. It must be requested 48 hours in advance and delivery is made 24 hours after picking it up. INSECTS: Due to the location of the condominium in the middle of so much vegetation and such a humid climate, there are insects that can enter the apartment such as mosquitoes, ants or field cockroaches. Although the Condominium and the interior of the Airbnb are fumigated every two weeks, if you detect any insects you must notify us as soon as possible so we can send someone to apply insecticide. TOWELS: The rental includes 2 towels per guest (one bath towel and one pool & beach towel). The hotel does not provide towels to condo guests. If you require a change of towels or sheets during your stay, you must request it 48 hours in advance and it will depend on whether or not our cleaning team will be at the hotel on the day you require it, as sometimes we do not have departures and they cannot go specifically to do so, since they live in downtown Cancun. The cost of changing towels is $2 dollars per towel and sheets are $5 dollars per bed. White towels cannot leave the unit and cannot be exchanged for hotel towels as the hotel towels are marked. Pool and beach towels must be returned to the apartment every day since if you forget them in those areas, the resort is not responsible for recovering them. The cost of replacing and removing stains for towels, sheets, pillowcases and bedspreads can be found in the "house rules" section. IMPORTANT: It is your responsibility before booking to have reviewed the photographs and read this information as well as the cancellation policies and house rules in the "Things to know" section of our Listing.
