Originally completed in September 2015, and recently repaired and updated from the storms of 2017. The “Sweet-St. John” continues to live up to it's name and reputation! The cottage was conceived and built as an ultra modern, super contemporary 1 bedroom 1 bath, vacation rental home for a couple. It features outstanding ocean views from a great location, with polished marble flooring, Italian cabinets, quartz counter tops, high end stainless steel appliances, central air conditioning, washer/dryer, covered deck with grill and comfortable furniture. The property is safe & secure, super comfortable and has private covered parking. Although it is only 2 minutes from Cruz Bay, a car is necessary due to the steep elevation of it's location. On reservation, I'll provide a list of rental car agencies within walking distance from the Cruz Bay Ferry dock. Check in 4pm, check out 9am. The whole cottage. With over 39 years living full time on St. John, we have a wealth of experiences and information we love to share with our guests. Located 2 minutes out of the hustle bustle of Cruz Bay, the unit has excellent views, paved roads and private paved parking. It is safe and secure. A rental car is necessary to fully enjoy St. John due to it's steep hilly terrain. A two door, two wheel drive jeep is perfect. I will provide a list of rental car agencies located within walking distance of the ferry dock. When planning you trip to St. John, book flights into St. Thomas, (STT) try to arrive in early to mid afternoon allowing time to transfer to the St. John Ferry dock and the boat ride into Cruz Bay, approx. 1 - 1.5 hrs. for both transfers. On your arrival on St. John, I will meet you at your car rental office and escort you to the unit, approx. 2 minutes away, and conduct check in/orientation, in daylight.
