Located perfectly right between McLeary Avenue & Loiza Street, right in the heart of Ocean Park. Lumbini Apartment is located in La Esmeralda Guest House. This Apt has a kitchenette, living room, A Spacious Room, A Bathroom, Dining Table, Outdoor Private Garden & Lotus Ponds, WIFI, Smart TV, and more... Lumbini Apartment is located on the first level of La Esmeralda Guest House. Upon entering you will have access to: The Open Concept Living Room/Dining Room area is equipped with a 40" Smart TV, Oversized Neighborhood Map with all the local spots, a comfortable sofa, and a 2 person dining table. This area has a ceiling fan but no Air Conditioning. The kitchenette has been completely remodeled and includes a medium-sized refrigerator, 2 burners electric stovetop, microwave, coffee machine, full dinner set, pans, kitchen utensils & complimentary 100% local coffee. We do not offer items like condiments (salt, pepper or seasoning, oil) since these tend to get spoiled quickly if not used due to humidity. The Bedroom is located in the back of the apartment with a King Size Bed, a Spacious Closet, Air conditioning, and a private door that faces our gorgeous backyard garden & lotus pond. The Full Bathroom for this room is right outside the bedroom door and has a standard shower and basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner & shower gel, towels, etc... ) Access to the property is through a gated door which we will provide you with codes and after from a lockbox will be able to grab the keys to the apartment. We do have 3 gated parking spots available on site. If you'd like to reserve one of these spots for your stay, please contact your host as this has an extra fee of $5 x day and is subject to availability. We will provide you with our phone numbers for easy reach & communication. If you ever need anything feels free to contact us at any moment. Any additional inquiries or requests will be dealt with due diligence and before the day ends. Ocean Park is known as a very laid-back and relaxed residential neighborhood. It is between Condado and Isla Verde, two upscale touristic areas, but it's kept its local "vibe" with many local restaurants and family-owned businesses. You'll have McLeary Avenue on one side of the house & the very famous Loiza Street on the other side. The Beach is right down the street from La Esmeralda, with a jogging park and basketball court right next door. Upon arriving at your apartment you'll have a full blown-up map of the neighborhood with all its local businesses within walking distance. You will be staying right in-between McLeary Avenue & Loiza Street. Both very well known streets in our little neighborhood. Towards one side of McLeary will take you straight into Isla Verde/Piñones Beach and the other side will take you towards Condado/Old San Juan, both of these are a straight drive once you are on McLeary Avenue. The running park next door has free parking if you're interested in this. On the other side you have Loiza Street, a up-and-coming extension of the Art District and PR's Local Movement. Here you will find over 50+ restaurants, bars, souvenirs shops, pharmacies and many more that are all family run and as local as you can get. If you rent a car let us know we do have parking available but besides this Ubers & Taxis are always available throughout. Bus schedules run at about every 40 minutes and theres bus stops exactly at the entrance of McLeary Avenue and Loiza Street through La Esmeralda. The #53 bus that stops a few feet away , will bring you to Condado and to Old San Juan. The T5 will take you through the Plaza del Mercado "la placita", Miramar and into Old San Juan. Tickets are 75cents (exact change) and operate from about 6am to 10pm. La Esmeralda is a place to sit back and relax, we've created a home where interaction with other guests is always possible through outdoor common grounds. Please look into our House Rules for any information regarding do's & dont's of the property. Our property has a full power generator and water tanks in case of any emergency. P.S: the Neighbors are constructing at the moment, even though they are done with the major part of it, there might be the occasional banging & heavy machinery at times.
