You enter this property through a stone path lined by flowers and banana trees. On the way to Casa Paloma, in the back of the property you pass the Moorish style arches of the pavillion with seating in front of the pool and a spiral staircase leading to the rooftop terrace. for sunning or stargazing. The pool is a beautiful artistically designed lap pool and surrounded by coco palms and many other tropical plants. Continue down the path to the secret garden for secluded dining and then La Casita and finally the Koi pond and water feature fronting the Casa Paloma. Casa Paloma is a 2 story, I bedroom (queen bed) 1.5 bath house with large front corridor porch. Ceiling fans are located throughout the house, corridors and pavilion. Just in front of it is the La Casita which is a separate guest suite and bath with outdoor shower. There is also a garage for your small vehicle. The pool and pavilion and gardens are yours to enjoy. If you need an extra bedroom, a separate guest house called La Casita can be booked separately at $30 extra per night. It has a queen bed, fan, wifi, TV and wifi. There is also a private bathroom with an outdoor garden shower. It is quiet, safe and the neighbors are friendly. You can walk to everything. The Main Street for tourist restaurants and bars is only 2 blocks away. The Central Park and Cathedral are 3-4 blocks away. There is maid service 3 x per week, pool maintainence and gardener. This is a private home so when I am traveling, I rent it out. So usually you won't meet me but I have a great house helper, Marina Our neighborhood is at the end of a street. This means we have no traffic or road noise. this is a quiet and safe area with friendly neighbors and in the morning fruit vendors. We are only 1.5 blocks from the main tourist street with restaurants and bars. You can walk everywhere in town. There are inexpensive taxis on every corner. Horse drawn carriages are also a great way to see Granada This is a wonderful space to stay in a gorgeous colonial city. 2 night minimum stay required. Guests will have use of the garage, the pool, the pavillion. A separate guest house called La Casita can be booked for the same reservation for an extra $30 per night to accommodate 2 more guests in queen bed with it's own private bath and an outdoor shower. La Casita is a few yards away from the main house with TV, fan and desk and wifi. This is a wonderful space to stay in a gorgeous colonial city. 3 night minimum stay required.
