We do not offer beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, insect repellent, beach umbrellas, bbq charcoal, coolers, cooking oil. * Our natural reserve location is home to a variety of animals, including chickens, iguanas, deer, cats, bees, seagulls, frogs, turtles, coqui, ants, Asian cockroaches, mosquitoes, and flies. Please note that the coquí frog is a small tropical frog that is widespread throughout the island and has a very recognizable breeding call that rises in pitch and sounds like a whistled CO-KEE during the night. * The window air conditioner decibels range from 33 dB to 67 dB, with 56.4 dB being the average and 56 dB being the most common. * Regarding the internet service, please be aware that interruptions may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as interruptions in Internet connectivity or website downtime caused by acts of God, acts of government, flood, fire, earthquakes, strikes or other labor problems, computer or telecommunications failures, or delays involving hardware or software not within our control or network intrusions. Therefore, please note that we shall not be liable for any such service interruptions and release us from any claims relating thereto.
