Each goat-haired tent has 2 single beds, electrical outlet, carpeted floors, lamp, and door with lock. Triple and Family tents can be requested. Overnight includes breakfast and Bedouin dinner. My camp is specially located inside the Nature Reserve of Wadi Rum. The camp has more than 20 private tents on the site. There is a shared bathroom with more than 4 stalls with toilets and hot water showers. There is also WIFI available at the camp. We have a indoor and outdoor common area, buffet area and dinning room area. The kitchen is mostly for our staff but if you would like to use it simply ask. My camp in Wadi Rum is my second home. I have my personal home in Petra. I spend most of my time in Wadi Rum but frequently visit Amman, Petra, and Aqaba. Wadi Rum is a historical desert reserve in southern Jordan. Here there are sandstone mountains and red sand dunes that are filled with springs, ancient carvings/engravings, canyons, camels, 4x4s and Bedouin. Lawrence of Arabia was here. The great kings of the Arab peninsula were here. Its your turn to leave your mark in the sands of Wadi Rum. You can not get to the camp in a car. You will need to be transferred in a 4x4 jeep. There is a parking area at the Wadi Rum Visitor's Center or the Rum Guest House in Rum Village (past the Visitor's Center). Let me know what time you will arrive in Wadi Rum and I will arrange for a jeep to meet you. The transfer is included in the price. Taxis can be arranged if you need assistance for arrival/departure. There is 1 bus that comes to the Wadi Rum Visitor's Center from Petra at 6 am and returns to Petra at 9:30 am. The internet or mobile signal can get lost at time in the desert. I have provided an alternate mobile number if you can't reach me. The hot water is on a few hours in the morning and a few hours at night.
