Our house is a lovely, light, modern 70's style house with a big garden. It has a trampoline, a large outdoor table, a barbecue and a nice decking/seating area. It's a two minute walk to the beach (usually uncrowded) and a 5 minute walk to the village (shops, pubs, doctors etc). East Wittering has a really cool, relaxed vibe and there are loads of cafes and independent shops. There is plenty to do: watersports, horse riding, cycling, walking and more. Chichester and Goodwood are within easy reach. We also have a one bed self contained annex that can be rented together with the house or separately. The advertised price does not include the annex so please discuss with me if you'd like the extra space. It sleeps up to 4 people.
