The cozy bedroom room features a private room with antique full size brass bed, loveseat, faux fireplace, TV w/ cable and a library of VHS movies overlooking the backyard, kitchenette w/ table & chairs, full size refrigerator, dishware, flatware, sink and small private bathroom with shower. ** Pictured stove has been disconnected and microwave has been removed and are not available for guest use per Bed & Breakfast regulations*** Located walking distance from the lake and from downtown restaurants/shopping. Ask about using our beach passes! Guests will be furnished with continental breakfast including baked goods, Orange Juice, Coffee, Creamer and Sugar. We also supply free wifi, bottled water, beach towels and beach passes available upon request. Parking is provided in the alley directly below entrance. There is a large closet available for your belongings. There are many local restaurants withing walking distance and we can provide directions to the local grocery suppliers. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, towels and toiletries. Guests will have access to the common backyard via a second staircase leading onto the deck. Enjoy the fenced in backyard amenities along with our other Bed & Breakfast guests such as a patio set, glider, adirondack chair, chaise lounges and firepit (we supply wood). You may have the opportunity to meet our dog Zeus. He is older (14), very gentle and well behaved. We do request that you make sure the gates are firmly lacked upon coming and going.
