You have access to the lower level of our home. The parking is shared with the property owner (see photo) Additional parking is across the street. There is 1 bedroom w/queen size bed, 1 bedroom w/queen and twin size bed, a bathroom with a standing shower, dining room, living room, rustic wood burning stove, and a backyard with fire pit! We also have 2 air mattresses for groups of 7. Newly updated pathway 1/28/23. This home is centrally located in the beautiful town of Columbia. Guest space includes the entire lower level of the home. This space is a finished and fully furnished basement. If you’re not comfortable with that, please adjust your group size when booking. -The bathroom has a standing shower. It is not a full bathtub. -There is NO railing on the pathway leading to the Airbnb. If this can potentially pose an issue, please choose a space that is more fitting. Please see photos. -There is no smoking of any kind allowed. -We ask that no guest go on or up the stairs. -Please place all used towels in the hamper next to the stairs. - Leave all sheets and blankets on the guest beds and housekeeping will gather them after check out. -Pets are welcome! There is a $40 pet deposit required. If you have more than 2 pets, please note additional charges ($20/pet) is required.
