Be ready for an immaculately clean and charming townhouse inthe perfect location...near all the action in Lafayette! It's located near Highway 90, I-10, I-49 and less than 13 minutes from the Lafayette Airport (LFT). Close to River Ranch, the Costco shopping development, grocery stores, hospitals, and schools. Our 1200 sq. ft. townhome was remodeled in 2016 located in the heart of Lafayette, walking distance to Parc Lafayette and the Grouse Room. It has a fully equipped updated kitchen, stainless steel appliances, dishware and silverware. The ground floor has 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each room, and 1 main bathroom. There are 2 flat screen televisions (in the living room and master bedroom), desk and printer, and wireless internet in the home. We do not have cable, only Netflix and Hulu is available through the smart TV. The 3rd bedroom is an upstairs loft that has a trundle bed with 2 twin size mattresses, a queensize air mattress and another full bathroom. We also have a foosball table and a refrigerator upstairs. The townhouse sleeps a maximum capacity of 7 guests. Facilities include a neighbohood pool, spacious backyard, laundry room with washer and dryer, and 2 reserved covered parking. There are additional guest parking spots available, but maximum of 24 hours parking. Hairdryer, steamer, and ironing board available. No pets allowed. If we find that you disobey the rule, we will charge you a fee of $250. Please do not ask for discounts, as the price per night is what it is stated. Thank you in advance. When arriving, you can park your vehicle in the covered parking, and walk through the gate entry to the backyard. Or you can take the sidewalk and go to the first door on the right. The keyless entry is available through the front door. The entire townhouse is at your disposal. I'm happy to answer any questions that you might have especially in reference to the townhouse or things to do in Lafayette. Communicating via the Air BnB app is ideal for us. The Acadiana Mall in less than 10 minutes, and there are many restaurants and local boutiques nearby: Within 5 minutes walking distance: Agave, Grub Burger Bar, the Grouse room, and La Creperie Bistro Within 5 minutes drive: Bonefish Grill, Carrabba's Italian Grill, Ruffino's on the River, Bon Temps Grill, Broken Egg Cafe, Chuy's, and the Fresh Market if you want to do a little groceries shopping. Uber and Lyft are great ways to get around Lafayette. Access will be codes, and we will give codes around to you when you arrive at the townhouse. For $50 fee we can do an earlier check in, prior to 1pm since we will have to schedule the cleaning crew specifically to have this home cleaned in the morning. They are contracted to be done by 4pm as they work cleaning several units a day. Quiet hours are between 10pm -7am and we have a zero tolerance policy for those that disrespect our rules.
