The Co-op store only 2 minutes walk away is very well stocked and open 15 hours 7 days per week. No need to bring anything but we provide a freezer and 2 fridges. Grasmere is the heart of the Lake District and central for walking in all directions and for all abilities. A car park pass is provided for the Wordsworth Hotel (approximately 150 metres away). Becksteps Cottage is so central it is practical to park when you arrive and not need the car again until you leave. There is time restricted parking directly outside the cottage.
