My place is close to beaches, bioluminescent bay, rainforest, ferry to islands, Marina, deep sea fishing, freeway, You’ll love my place because of SPECTACULAR OCEAN VIEW, gorgeous mountain setting, nature, custom built UNHEATED swimming pool wth view.NO JACUZZI, large terrace & private huge yard proximity to activities, privacy, cool breezes, lovely decor, perfect for large groups, couples, families and furry friends (DOGs). NOT FOR PARTIES. LIMITED TO 15 GUEST. NO OUTSIDERS. RESPECT NEIGHBORS. Upstairs is a full 3 bd/2bth house with a futon in the living room and a futon in the foyer. It has laundry room, large balconies and large kitchen. Downstairs is 2 bd/2bth plus small den off master bedroom. Also a futon in the living room. Laundry room and newly remodeled kitchen and new appliances. Direct access to large terrace and pool. Killer views everywhere. Guest have access to all parts of the house and property. No space is shared with another group. You have the entire house, yard and pool to yourselves. I am available by phone at all times. My neighbor is their for basic needs if you need something. Our neighborhood is unique due to the God sent view. The neighbors are few and have lived on the mountain all their lives. Peaceful. Safe. Please respect the neighbors by NOT playing loud music. This has become an issue with my neighbors. No parties please. This is intended as a peaceful getaway! Our home is far from public transportation. Do not count on Uber or taxis due to the size of the town. Rental car is a must. SUV would be the most comfortable. The road to our house is BRAND NEW the last half mile to entrance. The power does go out occasionally. The house has a BRAND NEW generator that turns on automatically when power goes out. Lanterns are available for use outdoors or whenever needed. The downstairs kitchen is BRAND NEW. We have one outdoor cat in order to keep the property rat free. The pool and jacuzzi are UNHEATED. The electric gate is a new addition to the property. It is a FREE OUT gate. Get close to gate to EXIT and it will open by itself.
