Each of our units is equipped with an electronic door pin pad. You will receive your personalized door code for your dates of stay once the host/property manager has confirmed your booking and a few days prior to your scheduled arrival date. This is a walking location! There is no need for a car once you are here! Walk to the base of Blackcomb Mountain and Whistler Mountain with just a 2-7 minute walk. Blackcomb Village, Whistler main village square, mini golf on Blackcomb, Lost Lake, several golf courses, Market Place, grocery stores, gym, and much more all within walking distance. Free shuttle buses also available. Owner/Manager requires Guests to sign owner's "Rental Agreement and Terms & Conditions Agreement" at the time a booking is made. Verified Photo ID and/or passport is required for all adult occupants staying in the suite. Maximum occupancy per unit is 4 persons as required by law. The "Guest" requesting to book the reservation must be 23 years of age or older to book, at the time the booking is made and must be present at the time of check-in with photo ID. Occupants under the age of 10 years old may not be left in the unit unsupervised by a responsible & capable adult whom is 19 years of age or older. Owner/Manager reserves the right to cancel any booking reservation if Guest does not comply with these terms in a timely manner (within 3 days of a confirmed booking with airbnb). Additionally, Host, Owner and/or Management have a zero tolerance policy for disrespectful, illegal, unruly behavior, and/or property damage. Guest acknowledges that this booking falls under the nightly lodging and short/term rental accommodations act of Whistler, British Columbia and a Guest may be asked to vacate the unit immediately at any time if the terms of this agreement are not adhered to. Guest requests for late checkout must be made and approved by Host at least 24 hours in advance of departure date. Late check-out fees may apply. During high-season our suites are often booked solid and same day check-out and "new Guest" check-ins later that afternoon are typical, so Host cannot always accommodate late checkout requests. A late checkout time up to 12:00noon is an additional $50 charge to guest. A late checkout time up to 5:00pm on the departure date is an additional $100 or one full night charge to guest, depending on the dates/season. Parking rates are $17/per night. Guests may purchase a parking pass from the yellow machine in the Aspens Lobby upon arrival in whistler. Quiet Hours: 10PM - 8AM [Noise complaints may result in fines that will be deducted from Guests' security deposit.] NO SMOKING: No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises, in the unit or on the balcony. NO PETS: Although we love ALL our family members, unfortunately the Aspens Strata building bylaws do not permit Guests to have pets in units.
