Noise should be kept to a minimum after 10pm Sunday-Thursday, and 11pm on the weekends. PLEASE NOTE: Since there are children in the neighborhood that play in our circled street, we ask that music played in the pool area be non explicit. Thank you! This does not include the pool area. - Booking REQUIREMENTS: For security and liability reasons, we ask that the PRIMARY RENTER be at least 25 years of age and have an uploaded Government ID and a Profile Picture. Reviews from other hosts and a personal bio is a plus! Having this available at booking will allow us to quickly proceed with your reservation. Any missing info gives us the right to decline or cancel your reservation. In addition, we ask that all occupants be at least 21yo unless accompanied by a parent/guardian. No one under the age of 21 (not accompanied by a parent/guardian) will be permitted. Pease be prepared to send full names of all guests. PRIMARY RENTER is required to be present at check-in and throughout the entire stay. Thank you for your understanding! - Absolutely NO PARTIES allowed! You will be asked to checkout immediately if unlisted guests are present. A penalty of $100/per guest + security deposit will be forfeited. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are under the age of 21, there will absolutely be NO CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL in rental. Absolutely NO PETS allowed! This home is used by our family when we do not have guests. We have 2 boys that are highly allergic (one with severe asthma). We simply can not take any chances. We love sharing our home with others, but we kindly ask that you do not put our family at risk. Thank you for your understanding! - NOISE ORDINANCE ~ We live in a pretty quiet neighborhood. You may hear a little noise from the neighborhood children or neighbors walking their dogs from time to time, but for the most part you will find calmness. We ask that you please be respectful when it comes to noise. We want you to have the best time, but ask that you keep noise to a minimal after 10pm during the week and 11pm on the weekends. We tend to get kids out during the day after school (4pm) and during the weekends, so please keep any music played outside non-explicit. Thank you for your understanding! - NO SMOKING/DRUGS permitted in the home or in the pool area at any time! Designated area for smoking is the back porch. Please be respectful and properly discard all buds. There will be a $100 charge if buds are left on the ground or anywhere on the property. The fire pit IS NOT an ashtray. Any buds left in pit will be charged accordingly. Smoking/illegal drugs will be charged accordingly and reported. - HOT TUB ~ Please note: It takes about 30-45min for the hot tub to heat up, depending on outside temperature. Due to the amount of gas this takes, hot tub usage is only available between 6-10pm during the week (Sun-Thurs) and until 11pm on the weekends (Fri and Sat). The spa buttons will automatically be enabled @6pm, and disabled @the time scheduled according to the day. Simply push the spa button on the panel located on the wall by the floats. It will be on a one hour egg timer- light flashes when on. To continue using, push Spa button again. If done before the hour is up, please push the spa button to turn off so we may save the gas. Pool lights will automatically turn on @6pm and off @2am. Please note: if you manually turn off lights from the inside switch, they will not automatically turn on. Please do not operate outside heater or panel without our permission. Thank you! :) - CHECK IN ~ Check in is at 4pm. To better accommodate you and your guests, we ask that you do not arrive before the check in time. Guests with small children may be considered with proper notice, but not guaranteed. A $25 fee will be charged for each hour checked in early. Luggage may be dropped off and stored in the screened pool area if needed.
