Accommodation is set over three floors with the ground floor set out as entertainment space and the top two floors accommodating the nine bedrooms and bathrooms. What you should know: Anglesey House is pet-friendly allowing up to four pets per stay. It's the best value accommodation for large groups in the centre of Rhosneigr. Ground floor entertaining On the ground floor, you find two sitting rooms ideal for when you want to spread out and do your own thing. One features a TV and Bose Bluetooth speaker and the other is set up as a relaxed TV/games room with Xbox/TV and DVD. Both are furnished with comfortable leather sofas decked with plump cushions, so you can kick back and relax. We're obsessed with the kitchen in Anglesey House. It's the heart of the home and the hub of entertainment with its breakfast island and extended dining area for up to 20 guests. There's plenty of space to share cooking duties, while you enjoy a glass of wine and catch up with friends. Downstairs there is also a spacious reception hall, a guest toilet and shower room, even a dedicated ‘boot room' to store your wetsuits, walking shoes and jackets! Sleeping arrangements Sleeping arrangements are laid out over the top two floors. The bedrooms are extra spacious with high ceilings and period features. They are modest but comfortably furnished. Whoever bags one of the front bedrooms is in for a treat, as the views are spectacular - especially on the top floor. On the first floor, there are two king-size bedrooms, one double bedrooms and two bunk rooms. The bunk rooms are furnished with three adult-size bunks each: great for friends and cousins to sneak in and out for late night chats and midnight feasts, or for single adults who don't mind sharing a room. The bedrooms on the first floor share a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. On the second floor, there is one king-size bedroom, two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and a family bathroom. Toilets & Bathrooms: toilet and separate shower room on the ground floor, family bathroom with shower over bath on the first floor and a bathroom on the upper floor. Outdoor fun Anglesey House has an abundance of outdoor entertaining space with two enclosed lawn areas. The expansive front lawn slopes down to the hedged entrance and is a great space for children to play. The rear garden is very private and there is lots of space for outside dining and BBQs on the lawn areas and side terraces. The nitty-gritty The property provides off-road, secure parking for up to four vehicles, accessed by a private lane with roadside parking freely available to the front of the property. A secure, separate laundry room allows you to keep on top of any holiday laundry and offers a secure hanging space for outdoor gear, wet suits etc. There is ample space to accommodate your bikes, surfboards and outdoors kit, allowing you to bring all the ‘toys' for enjoying the beach, sea and space that Rhosneigr has to offer. All about Rhosneigr Winner of the Green Coast seaside award, Rhosneigr is a lovely village situated on the beautiful west coast of Anglesey. It's a fantastic location no matter the weather or season. The village has two brilliant golden sand beaches, which are great for water sports, particularly wind and kite surfing. In fact, Rhosneigr has become a windsurfing and kite surfing mecca attracting enthusiasts from all over Britain. Around the island, there are lots of other pretty coves and bays where you can enjoy open swimming and safe child-friendly bathing, beach strolls, rock pool exploring and sandcastle competitions! Cycling is another great way to explore the island with a 120-mile perimeter to explore and plenty of rural trails so that you can explore the scenic countryside. The countryside stretches for miles inland with magnificent views of the Snowdonia Mountains and Llyn Peninsula. Rhosneigr village itself has a great selection of restaurants and friendly bars, it even has a chip shop if you fancy fish and chips on a Friday. And so that you don't have to eat out every day during your holiday, the local general stores provide everything you need to cook and dine at home. Rhosneigr also has a surf shop (also offering lessons) and other shops that you would expect to find on the coast. Fancy a round of golf? Located 15 minutes from the A55, Holyhead 10 miles, Bangor 22 miles and the base of Snowdon is only 40 minutes away (with the wind behind you!).
