We are available via text and Airbnb messages throughout your stay. OUR PROPERTY IS ON A QUIET 20 ACRES BUT JUST 11 MINUTES FROM CHARMING DOWNTOWN GEORGETOWN. A CAR IS A MUST Our house is professionally cleaned and sanitized at least 24 hours before each stay. !!!PLEASE READ!!! Wireless internet service is provided. It's fine for use with your phone but if you're doing a lot of heavy computer work you may have to use your cell phone's hotspot. Using Outlook, Zoom and Teams is possible but downloading large attachments can be tricky. Netflix is available (on the living room TV only) but you must use your cell phone as a personal hotspot. Instructions on how to connect are available at the house. We welcome WELL BEHAVED, HOUSEBROKEN pets. Damage from your pets will be taken out of your security deposit. The 4th bedroom is a loft space. It's private but there is no door. We have lawn and pool maintenance once a week so there will be maintenance people there on Thursdays (pool) and Wednesdays (lawn). These appointments are subject to change however due to the weather. All visits will take place between 9am-5pm. We have a black gate which marks the entrance to the property. The house is not visible from the road. Driveway is unpaved. ***Disclosure: We are not liable for any injuries or harm occurred on the premises of any kind.
