And when it's time to hit the beach, you're just a short stroll away from the warm sands and crystal-clear waters of Manzanillo Beach. When you walkthrough the large secured front gate you will enter the private courtyard. In this space there are tropical plants and in this space we have a washer and dryer for you to use. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, gas oven/stove, toaster, coffee pot, and blender, all the essentials for cooking up a delicious meal and the comfortable living room is perfect for kicking back and watching a movie. You will have access to a tv with Roku, DVDs and DVD player. We also have a small library of books for you to enjoy. Maid service is provided weekly. Maid service is for cleaning the casita only. This does not include personal laundry service. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, ample closet space, air-conditioning, ceiling fan and an on suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has two twin sized beds, air-conditioning, ceiling fan and ample closet and drawer space. Upstairs, you'll find the pièce de résistance: a rooftop palapa with an ocean view. Enjoy a lovely evening cooking up your dinner on our barbeque. The perfect spot for sipping margaritas and watching the sunset over the ocean. You will have access to a private courtyard with tropical plants. This is not intended for parking a car. There is plenty of free parking on the street outside of the private gated area. The washer and dryer are located in this space. The rooftop palapa is private and yours to enjoy with just your guests. The entire casa is yours to enjoy and you have access to a shared pool with just 5 other casitas. There is a property manager located locally to take care of any questions and needs you may have during your stay. The property manager's contact information will be provided prior to check in. You will need to give him 24 hours notice of arrival time. Please note that if you are checking in on the same day as someone is checking out, you will have a later check in time to ensure that the casa is properly cleaned for you. You may pre-arrange with our property manager to leave your luggage in a safe place while you are waiting for cleaning to be finished. If you do not give the property manager your arrival time within 24 hours, your check-in time could be affected. Our casa is located in the Hidalgo District. We are located next to the Mirador Un Sueno Posible and are around the corner from Manzanillo Beach, just a five minute walk. It is also within walking distance to restaurants and shopping on the Rinconada, El Centro and the Adoquin. You can walk to just about everything, if you choose. There is parking on the street. We do not have a designated parking spot on our property. There is free parking on the street right outside of our casa. Shopping and dining are convenient. You can walk to most things, and taxi cabs are also available.
