Beautiful bech front house with big back yard, swimimg pool (the pool is private exclusive for the guests, it is not shared) Palapa, 4 bedrooms with private full bathroomt on each room . The Melaque-San Pateicio area is a tropical little town, with all the service: groceries, close to ZLO international airport, restaurant, etc. We have caretakers to take care and clean the property and assist as requested The house is completely private for the groups or family. The house has private exit to the beach. We don socialize with the guest, but if there is a problem, the caretakers will help. The town is small and easy to get around by walking, taxi bicycle or use the local bus to visit other little towns The cleaning is every other day for long term. The cleaning doesn’t not include wash dishes , the cleaning person will do it for a tip. Cooking and laundry doesn’t include either. Isabel will do it for extra payment
