Newly built 2 bedroom house (no kitchen) designed in a rustic style but super comfortable with A/C and heater, smart tv, wifi, hot water with great pressure, and a craft brewery on-site. I am, typically, on the property Thursday through Sunday. My next-door neighbor, Mary, is just steps away to assist in my absence. There is also a full-time resident that can lend a hand and is able to get in touch with me quickly as well. The property is located in the small town of Francisco Zarco (also referred to as Guadalupe and Valle de Guadalupe) ini a small neighborhood between Highway 3 and Calle Principal on Calle Tercera. The roads in this neighborhood are dirt but have been recently smoothed out for ease of visitors. The property is gated, lighted, filmed, and watch by a full-time resident. The property is located walking distance to a couple of restaurants, souvenir shops, and wineries. It is best to have a car to get around the rest of the Valle.
