This beautiful apartment is located in the heart of the city center of Athens. This bright, spacious, and fully furnished apartment is located next to one of the most well-known streets in the city. Aiming for relaxation and comfort it is, beautifully, renovated at the beginning of 2020. The 65m2 apartment is located on the elevated ground floor of the building. It is very close to the most sightseeing hot spots, such as the Acropolis, Monastiraki, Thiseio, Plaka, Archeological Museum, Syntagma, Omonoia. The area provides an excellent public transportation network. For example: - 8 minutes' walk from the subway station Victoria, which is one of the most central stations. - 2 minutes walk from bus stops, which can take you anywhere within or outside the city. There are a plethora of choices for all ages and appetites, such as cinemas, cafes, theatres, bars, and restaurants, where you can enjoy all our classic traditional Greek dishes. If you want to go for a stroll, in 5 minutes you can be at one of the largest and central parks of the city, Pedion Areos Park, or Fokionos Negri St., where there is a huge selection of cafes and restaurants. Finally, in only 2 minutes you can be at St. George Sq., which is voted as one of the best places in the world for its very authentic and friendly vibe. Gloves, masks, and sanitizers are provided The apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen, where amongst the many niceties include, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee machine, Espresso Dolce Gusto, kettle, and toaster. Furthermore, in the kitchen, you will find dishes, glasses, wine glasses, cutlery, pots, and pans. There is cooking oil, vinegar, lemon, salt, and pepper too. When it comes to cleaning, you will find a vacuum, steamer, kitchen towel, napkins, iron, ironing board, and many cleaning products. In the interest of health and safety, there is a first aid kit, extinguisher, safe as wells as, a smoke and Carbon Monoxide detector. The bathroom is fully renovated with a washing machine, hair drier, and a heater. The green room comes with a very comfortable double bed, closet, TV, and air-conditioning. The blue room comes with a semi-double bed and a single bed, closet, air-condition, and TV. The yellow room is also the living room comes with air-conditioning, TV, closet and it can, easily, become an independent bedroom, as the sofa can be converted to a double bed and the doors can close. The towels and the bedsheets are of excellent quality. All rooms can lock independently. The hallway is large and contains a dining table, stereo, a pc desk, and fast Wi-Fi connection. The lambs and led lighting are placed in such a way to create a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. All windows are double-glazed for heat and sound insulation and the main door of the apartment is a safety door. You enter the apartment by going up 2 sets of stairs, where 3 stairs are outside and 10 are inside the building. You can check-in at any time. Visitors can have access to the entire apartment. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 many decorative objects had to be removed, such as pillows, books, tourist guides, and board games. Smoking, parties, and animals are not allowed.
