This is a simple home from the 50's, just 5 min from I-240. It may have seen some decades of use but it still has a certain warmth & charm with its original hardwood floors and cozy setup. Your room has queen bed, desk, dresser, TV and large closet .. Full equipped Kitchen is for everyone to use. Living room is a great hangout with oversized couches and large smart TV. High speed WiFi gets you connected to the world. Also welcoming long term stays. We do not allow Marijuana use on premises . PLEASE READ the entire DESCRIPTION BEFORE BOOKING so that you better know what you will yourself get into... ;) The house is somewhat dated, but it got a fresh coat of paint, clean original real hardwood floors, is comfortably furnished and has all for you to "survive" at an affordable rate without compromising on comfort. You get quick access to anywhere in all directions whatever you need, all sorts of restaurants, Wal-Mart, shopping.... And it is just a 10 min drive to the OKC Will Rogers Airport. 10 minutes to Bricktown / Downtown NOTE: You are booking a room, not the entire house. Your room has a desk and a Smart TV, so you may watch channels that come via the air or log in to your favorite internet programs. Please note: This is a shared HOME (not hotel) that is SHARED with other guests and offers all essentials for a comfortable stay. If you need hotel service, please go there & pay their rates. Washer/dryer available at no charge. Easy self check-in at any time Ask for special long-term rates. You may hang out in the living room and watch smart TV programming (need to have your own accounts for Netflix and such), prepare your meals in the kitchen , use the laundry facilities (detergent provided at no extra charge). Parking in Driveway is on first come / first serve basis or at the curb in front of the house. I don't live there but am only 20 minutes away and can be available for personal assistance if needed. EMBARK bus system is available, bus stop close by. Otherwise Uber and Lyft is readily available No smoking inside the house, and absolutely NO recreational DRUGS (no medical marijuana either). Once again, thank you for keeping in mind that you book a room in someone's private home. If you prefer impersonal hotel service at double the rate with bleached everything then we are most likely not your choice. No pets live in the house, however, occasionally I bring one or two or three of my dogs with me. Please let me know if you prefer not to bring them with me while you stay with us. One last thing : If you cancel a booking within 24 hours (even same day bookings) we will not refund but are happy to change your reservation to any of our other friendly rooms or other dates.
