Damages, stains or broken things. Fees apply Do not open windows. (Historic building-broke easily) We recommend travel insurance per our strict cancellation policy. Guest should leave the dishes clean, dry and in place. Clean counters and sink. Do not leave food in fridge. Leave food trash bag at the curb of the building near Stop sign. Truck passes everyday in the morning and around 3:30 pm. If your trash doesn’t have food and it’s only paper or plastic you don’t have to take it out. No parties, gatherings or events permitted. We are not responsible if the service of energy or water is interrupted. (No refund) No smoking allowed 300 dollars fee No pets allowed 300 dollars fee Lost keys or beeper 100 dollars fee For your security and the others please keep main gate closed using the key while entering and exiting. No loud noises after 9 pm inside the unit or the building premises. When entering and exiting the building or in hallways please lower the volume of voice. (Consider neighbors and other guests) Leave used towels on the bathroom floor. Guest must notify immediately any damage, accident, stain or situation in the unit or surroundings. We are not responsible for items or personal belongings left behind. Do not enter additional bedrooms on renovation. Master bedroom shown on listing is the only one included. There’s are security cameras on premises recording stairways and hallways. The Rivoli Apartment as well as the common areas and the parking are private property.
