Villa Coco is privately situated directly above the beach in a secure estate about 4km out of the village (and only 15 minute drive from the airport). It’s no more than 50m down the private beach path, through the gate and onto the long sweep of the Vilanculos beach. The villa has 4 air conditioned, en-suite bedrooms. Three master bedrooms with king size beds. One family bedroom with a double bed and 2 bunk beds (sleeps 2 adults or max 4 kids). All beds have mosquito nets. The villa has four bathrooms. There is a large open plan living space which flows seamlessly onto the covered patio with a 10 seater dining table. The villa has a fully kitted kitchen (fridges, ice machine, freezers, dishwasher, washing machine and all appliances including an outside gas barbecue) as well as a games loft and pool table. The villa has an infinity swimming pool situated in a tropical garden, perfect for spending time at home if you tire of the beach. All linen and towels for both beach and bathroom are provided. The house is fully serviced by our dedicated team. Sergio, our private chef, will prepare all your supplied food. The entire team is on duty daily for your convenience. Vilanculos itself is situated on the mainland and is part of the Bazaruto Archipelego marine reserve which is a World Heritage site. The marine reserve consists of the islands of Bazaruto, Benguerra, Magaruque and Santa Carolina (Paradise Island) and the surrounding waters – all of which is easily accessible by boat. It’s a great beach holiday to share with family and friends and offers warm tropical waters, magnificent deserted white beaches, snorkelling, diving, fishing, water skiing, wake-boarding and kite-surfing or just relaxing into your holiday. We live in Johannesburg! But I am always available to make suggestions on what to do and where to go in the area. Melonie is our estate manager, she lives on site in Vilanculos. Mel is friendly and very helpful and will ensure that the villa is prepared in advance for your enjoyment. She will also be able to answer any queries you may have. There are many fun and interesting beach bars and restaurants within 10 minutes drive from the villa. Kite surfing, diving, snorkeling, fishing and general island excursions can be arranged through local operators. There is a file at the house which has contact details of all relevant options in the area. Villa Coco is situated about 4km out of the village, you will need a car to get around. Should you be flying in, car rental services are available at the airport through the major car rental companies.
