This apartment is perfect for your work or vacation stay in Cali. It is located on an high floor in a large apartment building, modern and spacious (about 65m/2), with a living room, bed room, main bathroom, large balcony, guest bathroom, half-open kitchen, parking space, pool. Once you enter the apartment you can already see the the amazing skyline of the city from above. To your left there is a small guest bathroom and to your right the half-open fully equipped kitchen with all amenities you may need (large fridge, espresso machine, water heater, stove, microwave, etc.). The living room has a large table where you can put your laptop and also eat, one office chair and various other chairs, as well as a comfortable sofa (which can be converted into a sleeping space). Through a large sliding door you get to the amazing and large balcony with suitable comfortable chairs and a low table. You will love this space for your morning coffee, in the afternoon and at night! There is another large sliding door to the bedroom with a comfortable king size bed and bedside tables and lamps as well as a TV. From the bedroom you enter the main bathroom with large shower (hot and cold water) and toilet. There is a rack to hang your clothes, and a cabinet for your other clothes (see fotos). The large windows have blinds, both rooms have ventilators. The apartment has reliable internet. The building has 24/7 security, all guests need to register and be approved by the owners. We provide initial supply of toilet paper (2 rols in each bathroom), soap and detergent for dishes. Once this is used up you please need to purchase additional supplies. We can recommend our excellent housekeeper who you can contract yourself by days. You will have the whole apartment to yourself. There is one space (walk in closet) which is locked were we keep our private stuff (clothes etc). You can also use the fabulous pool at the back of the building, and a free parking space if required. I am permanently available by w/a and email, and phone. You get your own key, and will be registerd so that you can access the building and apartment at any time. We speak English. Hablamos español. Wir sprechen deutsch. Falamos portugues. The apartment is located in Granada, one of the top and most central neighbourhoods in Cali. It is in a walkable area, close to simple and sophisticated restaurants and bars. There are also some small food markets, hairdressers and designer shops close by, as well as a small shopping mall with movies, supermarket and shops (15 min of nice walk, or 5 min taxi) and some upmarket hotels (Marriott, Movic) On weekends there is some noise from this lively area, but local laws against noise are now much more strictly applied, and also all places have to close by 3am. The building is on a small hill, so you need to be mobile to walk up. Alternatively there are always economical taxis around. Free parking in the building. You get here by taxi in about 30 minutes from the airport. Public transport system MIO - stop is a 10 minutes walk away. Both rooms have ventilateros, there is no AC (we never considered that necessary because of the fresh breeze in the evening). There may be some music on weekends from the restaurants in the neighborhood. We require a minimum reservatation of 2 weeks. No pets allowed please.
