This 2 bedroom condo is the perfect accommodation for 6 guests. Both bedrooms have a private bathroom, are fully airconditioned, have great closet space and each bedroom has it's own TV. The master bedroom also has a balcony with great garden view. It has a queen bed and a sofa bed so this bedroom can sleep 3 guests. The second bedroom has a single bed and a queen bed so can sleep 3 guests as well. The large living area is fully airconditioned as well so you can cool down after a long day sunbathing at the beach. There is a nice dining area for you to enjoy your meals at home. Our condo offers a fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge, gas stove, pots and pans, microwave, coffeemaker, and blender, anything you need to comfortably prepare meals, it's there! As you can see in our photos, our condo has been newly refurbished and painted and everything is BRAND NEW. From the moment you drive up to the automated fence and park into your own private parking spot, you are steps away from your own private front patio with BBQ area. You ALSO have a patio in the back with a nice table to dine outside and your patio overlooks a beautiful and serene garden. From your garden you walk in about 40 steps to the community pool. The pool is beautiful and fresh and has lots of seats around the pool, as well as tables and chairs in the shade under a cabana. During the night, there is security at the condominium and we also have a safe so you can store your valuables. We are masters in cleanliness, so this condo is spotless. We have a washer and dryer for you at our condo so you can pack light. Did we already mention we have very nice and comfortable Tommy Bahama beach chairs? The condo is located at a PRIME LOCATION, 2 walking minutes from Eagle Beach, the NUMBER 3 beach in the world! Next to all the hustle and bustle of Aruba's best hotels but with the advantage of still having your privacy at your own Condo. It's located in a gated community with security during night time at the entrance. You can walk to the mall with the Alhambra Casino which has many nice shops, coffee bars and restaurants. The condo is located right by Eagle beach and you can access the beach by the Divi Hotel, Manchebo, Bucutti, Casa Del Mar and Aruba Beach Club. All these beaches are public so bring your own beach chair (we provide those in the condo) and use the same beach as any hotel guest and enjoy the same ammenities. Although Aruba has public transportation on the main roads and a bus stops every hour, we recommend all Aruba visitors to rent a car. The heat makes even small distances unpleasant to walk, especially carrying beach chairs, cooler, beach bag with towels, floats and other items that makes your beach time more enjoyable. The sun is very strong between 11am and 4pm and you will sunburn easily walking by the road. Since people drive everywhere in Aruba, it is just not an island designed for pedestrians. The roads are not illuminated very well at night and there are no real sidewalks so you walk in the dirt beside the road. If you are leaving your rental home a few times a day to visit a beach, a supermarket and a restaurant, a car will be worth it and cheaper than using taxis to get around. Of course it is also the best way to really see and explore Aruba and visit different beaches! Aruba does very safe and good taxi service, they are at your location in a matter of minutes after you call. Aruba does not have Uber yet. Your water and electricity is included in your rental and should be sufficient if you follow our instructions. We do take meter readings at check in and check out and explain to you how to be energy efficient, report running toilets immediately, turn off AC when patio doors to the pool are open, and to turn off bedroom air conditioners during the day when the bedrooms are not in use. Our free budget included in your rental sum is fair and reasonable and measured from hundreds of other guests staying under comfortable and cool conditions. Just use common sense and turn off lights and TVs in the daytime, only cool the rooms when you are using them, and you will be fine and no extra costs will occur.
