This home is located in the heart of Ruidoso, nestled on the mountainside and surrounded by trees and natural beauty. It is a short distance from many amenities you'll enjoy. Nearby Midtown offers great shopping, and a variety of restaurants and bars. It is also close to Funtrackers, Ruidoso Downs Race Track, Inn of the Mountain Gods, and Ski Apache (18.5mi). The atmosphere is cozy, warm, private and very relaxing. This house is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers & families! This space is completely private, and has been newly built; everything from the furniture, to the appliances, as well as the landscaping is BRAND NEW! You'll find plenty of work space and room for leisure. Enjoy the gas fireplace, spacious parking, and the private, enclosed patio equipped with a hot tub and gas grill. The kitchen is fully stocked, and you can enjoy a coffee pot (with complimentary coffee, creamer, and Stevia sweetener), a water kettle for making hot tea (also complimentary options available), pots and pans for cooking, and much more! Guests will have access to the entire space, including private and exclusive parking . The back patio is also enclosed, and completely private. I am available any time between 8am and 10pm. Outside of those hours, I often check my email, Airbnb inbox, and text messages. I will always respond as quickly as possible. This neighborhood is filled with many life-long residents and other vacation homes. It is perfectly located away from heavy traffic and noise, and offers a very comfortable and private guest experience. The location provides quick access to amenities all over town, while also giving you the full experience of the natural beauty and nature that Ruidoso has to offer. There are some public transportation options, including a shuttle service and Lyft. As both of these are smaller operations, be sure to plan ahead of time if you would like to use these. If you have your own vehicle, I would recommend using this when possible, as most things are only a short drive from the rental house.
