The house is located within a mile of the Pine Forest Country Club and 3 miles of Summerville Country Club! Just 10 minutes from Historic Downtown Summerville. It's also an easy drive to downtown Charleston and beautiful beaches. Plenty of space for vacationers and business stays with four full bedrooms Four bedrooms will give you plenty of space for you and your guests. All bed linens and towels will be provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to enjoy your stay including a coffee pot, toaster, blender, microwave, dishwasher, and stove/oven. The living room has a large sectional sofa with plenty of space for relaxing and watching a movie on the smart tv. The laundry room comes with both a washer and dryer, a necessity if you take a trip to the beach! There is a patio area off of the back of the house which is great for enjoying the cooler mornings and evenings with a little fresh air. There you'll find some outdoor furniture and a grill.
