Further shopping possibilities you have in 4 km, with supermarkets and drugstore chain in the city of Gemünden (Wohra). Here are also restaurants u. a. with good home cooking available. In 14km you reach Frankenberg (Eder). A small town with a lot of charm. The Edersee is in about 35 km distance a well-known destination. Sailing school or a boat trip? Or just stroll? The Edersee offers something for everyone. In the game reserve of the National Park Kellerwald, you can u. a. participate in a falconry show. Or you visit the treetop path. The climbing park is another attraction. Guided hikes give you a nature experience. Our resort is located 30 km from the university town of Marburg (Lahn). Here you can stroll through a historic old town with modern retail. 20 km away is the spa town of Bad Wildungen. In the spa park was ever the state garden show. The documenta city of Kassel, (distance 65 km) is known for its water features in the mountain park awarded as a World Heritage Site.
