HATTON'S LODGE, family friendly, with a garden in Malmesbury
This historic holiday home is situated in a rural location in the southern Cotswolds, near Cirencester. It sleeps up to two people. Hatton's Shooting Lodge is situated in classic, open rolling Cotswolds' countryside, south of Cirencester and within 45 mins of Bath. Set within the grand, main house the self catering accommodation is well presented, very clean and ideal for two people. The property is set over three floors, with the entrance at ground floor, leading upstairs to the kitchen/lounge/diner, a triple aspect room with far reaching views.. The Master Bedroom has a king size double bed, incredible views plus an Ensuite Bathroom, with shower over bath, WC and washbasin. Outside is a large garden, shared with the owners, but with a designated area for guests. There is also a tennis court for use with arrangement with the owners. Amenities: Kitchen well equipped with electric hob, oven and grill, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and ample storage plus dining table and chairs for 2, plus TV and armchair, and sofa. The bedroom is spacious and with period features. Bed linen and towels incl within rent. Heating and electricity included also. Outside is a large garden, shared with the owners, but with a designated area for guests. There is also a tennis court for use with arrangement with the owners. Sorry No Pets, but owner has her own dog on the premises. Region: Visitors to the Cotswolds have long treasured memories of charming towns and villages built from the famous honey-coloured stone, it now boasts a thriving community of contemporary artists working from studios and shops throughout the area. Town: A charm-filled market town on the eastern fringes of the Cotswolds AONB. Cirencester boasts architecture both dramatic and quaint, with its stunning church and rows of quirky cottages. Discover a number of fine shops and eateries connected by a network of attractive streets. Also discover the Corinium Museum, displaying a collection of Roman remains found locally. A choice of immaculate parks offer a memorable summertime stroll. Venture into the Costwolds AONB to discover much activity, answering to everybody's needs. The chocolate-box village of Bibury, with its renowned rows of stone cottages, is just 7 miles away. Stroud is another character-packed market town within reach, ideal for a stroll at your leisure. The city of Gloucester is dominated by striking buildings while nearby Cheltenham is best known for its horse racing festival. The Cotswolds itself offers a wealth of opportunity for avid walkers and cyclists. The Cotswold Way winds itself through rolling countryside and past a host of timeless villages.
