We are the only vacation rental on beautiful Pools Beach.. Our property includes two apartments that can be rented independently or together as a guesthouse. Each of the 2 units has a master bedroom with AC & a queen bed and a sleeper sofa in the living area - no AC in living areas. Each unit can sleep 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children comfortably. There is a sleeper sofa in the living area, no AC in the living or kitchen areas. Each apartment can sleep 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children comfortably (please note 4 adults is not allowed in one unit). Each unit has a separate entrance from the stairwell - located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the property, the 1st floor in entry, parking, yard. If you look closely at the photos you can clearly see the layout. From your balcony you have an unobstructed view of the beach and ocean, enabling you to see whales, surfers, and spectacular sunsets. The break at Pools Beach is a renowned surf destination in Puerto Rico, calm day wading pools next to the house are a treat for all ages! We are within walking distance of restaurants and night life but far enough away that you can just enjoy the sounds of waves. A convenience store, surfing lessons/rentals, and beachfront yoga are also down the street. Our Home is perfect for those seeking a romantic getaway on a quite Caribbean Beach or surfing enthusiasts seeking an amazing beach break. Ours is a hidden gem that keeps quests returning year after year. The local Econo Supermarket is an easy 7 minute drive and has almost everything you would find in the States… The Lighthouse is only 4 to 5 minutes away and a great place to enjoy a sunset. We are within walking distance to restaurants, bars, a convenience store, surfing lessons, beachfront yoga and other unique activity. The break at Pools Beach is a renowned surf spot in Puerto Rico. On calm days the beach creates pools for wading. It is also one of the more secluded beaches in Rincon. From your private balcony you can see whales, surfers, and sunsets over Desecho Island. Checkin can be anytime of the night or early morning. It is common for the airlines to arrive middle of the night / early am - we can check in you no problem. Unfortunately the Airbnb interface doesn't allow us to make that clear on the denoted checkin section.
