The person who made the reservation HAS TO STAY in the house during the time of the reservation. We will NOT accept guests that has a reservation made by someone else. If that person is not present We will cancel the reservation and we won’t refund any money. The house doesn't have AC but we do have fans all over the house! We laundry service for $15 per load and that include wash and dry!
